Architectural Review Submission

The Architectural Review Process at Bergen Glen Estates begins with the initial application and submittal. You will find the submission form below. The required drawings and their due dates are listed in the Architectural Guidelines & Construction Regulations document, also listed below. The ARC acting on behalf of the Home Owners Association reviews all remodeling, additions, and landscape additions and/or improvements. The following describes the process and outlines the steps to be taken by the Applicant. No construction may begin before the Architectural Review Committee has granted Final Approval. Project Plans and other accompanying documents: Please email your detailed plan documents, including drawings, material specs, building permit, contract, landscaping/grading plans, sample colors and materials, and contractor qualifications to arc@bergenglenestates.com .
